Configuring AppLovin

To configure AppLovin, you will need your "Application Name" and "SDK Key" from AppLovin's dashboard.

For an existing application, navigate to the "Monetize" top menu of AppLovin's dashboard, then select "Manage Apps" from the submenu.

iOS

If you are creating a new iOS app, your app's "bundle id" will be the default application name. To find your bundle id, navigate to the General tab in the Xcode project.

Note: Per AppLovin's documentation, it may take up to 30 minutes to get ads on a new application.

Android

If you are creating a new Android app, your app's applicationId will be the default application name. Your applicationId can be found in the build.gradle file.

Copy the application name from AppLovin's dashboard and paste this into the "Application Name" field in the "Configure AppLovin" modal of your HyprMediate dashboard.

Note: If you change your application name in AppLovin's dashboard, you must make the same change in your HyprMediate dashboard or your eCPM will not update when reporting is enabled.

To find your "SDK Key," navigate to Account → Keys.

Copy the "SDK Key" value and then paste this into the "SDK Key" field in the "Configure AppLovin" modal of your HyprMediate dashboard.

Enabling Rewarded Video in the AppLovin dashboard

After selecting your application from the list, turn on "Video Interstitials" and "Playable Ads"

Then, scroll to rewarded video section and toggle to "On"

Set the pre-video and post-video modals to "No"

Enabling Reporting

Lastly, you will need to enter your "Report Key" from AppLovin's dashboard. To find your "Report Key," navigate to Account → Keys.

Copy the value in the "Report Key" field and paste this into the "Report Key" field in the "Configure AppLovin" modal of your HyprMediate dashboard.

Toggle the "Reporting" switch to the "on" position and save your changes.
