Configuring AdColony

To configure AdColony, you will need to enter your "AdColony App ID" and "Zone ID" which can be retrieved from the "Monetization" tab on AdColony's dashboard.

  • If you are creating a new app, click "Setup New App" in the top right corner and follow the instructions on AdColony's dashboard.
  • Otherwise, select your existing app by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the app name. Your "AdColony App ID" can be found under "Basic App Information" in the left sidebar.

Copy the value in the "AdColony App ID" field and then paste this into the "AdColony App ID" field in the "Configure AdColony" modal in the HyprMediate dashboard.

Next, configure your Value Exchange/V4VC zone. From your App Monetization page, scroll to the bottom and find the "Ad Zones" section.

  • To add a zone, click on "Setup New Ad Zone."
  • Otherwise, click on the name of the zone you wish to use in HyprMediate.

Your "Zone ID" can be found in the "Integration" section of the page. Make sure your zone is active by checking the "Yes" radio button above the "Zone ID" field and that Value Exchange/V4VC is selected under Zone Type.

Copy the Zone ID into the "Zone ID" field in the "Configure AdColony" modal in the HyprMediate dashboard.

To run cross-promotional videos in your apps using the AdColony "House Ads" feature, please contact AdColony. If you're not running House Ads, select "None" in AdColony's dashboard.
